WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Packages typically ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to locate and monitor the progress of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at LHLLhelp@gmail.com To track the progress of all orders, please visit the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

LHLL ships world wide.  

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

LHLL unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

 

WHERE IS LHLL PRODUCED?

LHLL is produced in Los Angeles ethically and in small batches giving each piece exceptional attention to detail and a one of a kind feel.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

LHLL newVINTAGE pieces go through a special (and secret) process developed by Jesa Joy, our head of production, that allows us to authentically achieve the look and feel of vintage complete with small artful rips and stains. LHLL VINTAGE pieces are all unique and may come with holes or stains, or are threadbare.  We believe this to be the charm of the piece and part of its history.  However, if you have a concern that falls outside of our normal distressing, please contact us upon receipt at LHLLhelp@gmail.com  so we can help.

 

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SIZED?

LHLL sizing is unisex, flexible and designed to be worn slightly oversized. Feel free to take your regular sizing for our standard fit or size up for extra slouch.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

LHLL offers returns in the form of store credit or exchange. Returns/exchanges must be initiated and sent back within 5 days of receiving your order and items must be in their original condition. Items that have evidence of wear will not be accepted and sent back. We will provide a return shipping label free of charge on a first exchange.

Exceptions:

We pride ourselves on having an amazing curation of vintage music Ts. Everything has been hand selected for its unique wear, fit, and natural distressing. This is what makes these pieces so special. It is for this reason that all vintage music Ts are considered to be final sale.  Please review the details and measurement prior to placing your order.

All sale items are final sale.

All items purchased with store credit are final sale and cannot be combined with a discount code.

We will provide a return shipping label for all other returns and reduce the store credit by the cost. Alternatively, the customer can ship the item back using their own preferred method. A tracking number must be provided to ensure a smooth return process. 

 

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.  Our orders typically ship within 2-5 business days.  Once our shipping department has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LHLL PIECES?

Wash on cold, tumble dry on low heat. LHLL pieces get better with every wash. YOU’RE WELCOME.
